  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item.
  • Larger items (e.g., treadmills, strength machines) may require freight delivery, which may take additional time and require a delivery appointment.

Shipping Methods

  • Smaller items are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Larger items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services and may include curbside delivery unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, size, and delivery destination.
  • Some products may qualify for free shipping, as noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
